Dr. Angela Choe's clinical research focuses on the role of whole-breast ultrasound in supplemental screening for dense breasts with average risk of breast cancer. She is Interested in abbreviated breast MRI as an adjunct tool for detecting early breast cancer and learning ways to increase the participation of minority women in screening mammography.

Teaching and educational interests

In addition to her research, Dr. Angela Choe is co-director of resident training in breast imaging. She is also a facilitator for medical student teaching and participates in interviewing medical school and radiology residency applicants.
