    Dr. Anna Lisa De Obaldia joined the faculty of Penn State College of Medicine in August 2020. She enjoys teaching while rotating on the general infectious service with a team that is typically composed of an infectious disease fellow, internal medicine residents and medical students.

    Dr. De Obaldia has been invited multiple times to give a lecture to the internal medicine residents about antiretroviral therapy in HIV, as well as help teach some of the board curriculum lectures for the infectious disease fellows.  She also has an interest in tickborne diseases, and collaborated with an internal medicine team to coauthor a case study for a patient with Anaplasmosis.
