    Dr. Catherine Bingham is Penn State Children's Hospital's primary investigator for the Pediatric Rheumatology Care and Outcomes Improvement Network (PR-COIN), a multicenter network that employs quality improvement (QI) methodology to incrementally improve outcomes in children with juvenile ideopathic arthritis.

    She has been involved in a number of QI projects through this network that have resulted in several posters presented at national meetings and a publication.

    Dr. Catherine Bingham serves as a research mentor for fellows in the Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship at Penn State Children's Hospital. Fellows choosing Dr. Bingham as their mentor have the benefit of her quality improvement methodology expertise and national prominence.
