Dr. Gloriel Flores-Caban's research interests include Quality improvement of the Stoke Department and Wellness.
Dr. Gloriel Flores-Caban is a Fellowship-trained vascular neurologist specializing in stroke management, including ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke patients. Dr. Flores-Caban provides emergency care, stroke assessment/evaluation and consultation services as a vascular neurology hospitalist (including Telestroke consultation for variety of hospitals). With Spanish as first language, she is particularly interested in improving secondary stroke prevention practices among the Hispanic/Latino population. In addition, she is also interested in women’s health and stroke.
