Personal profile
Research interests
Dr. Guangwei Du's research focuses on developing and testing multivariate multimodal MRI markers for Parkinson’s and related disorders using novel MRI and data analysis techniques, such as multi-compartment MRI contrasts, quantitative susceptibility mapping, multi-atlas based image analysis and statistical machine learning. He also is interested in the neurobiological underpinning of quantitative MRI contrasts and its link to neurodegeneration.
