Dr. Jennifer McCall-Hosenfeld's research focuses on the intersection between women’s primary and preventive health care, intimate partner violence and improving health care for rural women. She has published extensively on women’s health and intimate partner violence.
Dr. Jennifer McCall-Hosenfeld oversees faculty and professional development initiatives at Penn State College of Medicine. She served as co-director of the JEMS program from 2016-2018 and is a leader in the Junior Faculty Development Program. Before her appointment as Associate Dean of Faculty and Professional Development, she served as director of mentorship for the Office of Faculty and Professional Development, during which time she led development of the College's Mentoring Award and the Early Associate Professor Workshop.
