Research interests
Dr. Kelsie Coe is interested in improving patient safety and clinical outcomes in pediatric orthopaedic surgery. She has a particular interest in congenital and neuromuscular foot and ankle differences, fractures, and lower extremity alignment differences in children. She has additional interest in understanding and overcoming health care disparities.
Teaching and educational interests
Dr. Kelsie Coe enjoys mentoring and teaching learners at all levels, ranging from orthopaedic residents and colleagues to high school and primary school students. She particularly enjoys supporting students from under-represented backgrounds pursuing their interests in medicine and orthopaedics through her involvement in organizations such as the Perry Initiative.
