Dr. Mark Stephens is interested in professional identity formation as a formal construct in medical education. In particular, he is interested in the use of visual and reflective arts to iteratively and intentionally shape professional identity. He is also interested in lifestyle medicine (physical activity and nutrition in wellness and disease prevention) and human performance.
