Project Details

Description

This conference provides a forum to compile and synthesize contemporary research on teachers' use of mathematics curriculum materials. The conference supports the development of an edited book on this topic by bringing authors together and enhancing the focus and coherence of the book. Another important outcome of the conference is the creation of a community of scholars and practitioners who do research in this area. Participants in the conference will include authors of selected book chapters, members of the research advisory board, and members of the practitioner advisory board. The expected book audience is composed of mathematics education researchers, curriculum developers, professional developers, and school district decision makers.
