Project Details
Description
Hispanic workers, both youth and adults, are hired in increasing numbers to support agricultural production and other industries in the United States. Currently, material to support safety education for youth involved in agriculture is primarily in the English language. This project proposes to involve Hispanic youth in agricultural safety training by transforming an existing youth training curriculum into Spanish, and also introducing short video clips to support this training.
