Description

Project Summary

This study compares the clinical effectiveness of two online strength training programs aimed at improving physical function and walking ability in older adults who have trouble walking.

Who will this research inform?

Although many don't participate in strength training exercises that can improve their physical health, 1 in 4 older adults have difficulty walking. Results from this study can inform clinicians, older adults and their caregivers in identifying effective approaches to improve older adults' physical function.
