Description

Our goal is to develop or adapt postharvest strategies to improve quality and market competitiveness of local and small scale fruit producers with a focus on apple and plum. In this project, we will focus on testing methods that prevent losses in storage while maintaining optimum quality with an emphasis on handing procedures that can be adapted for small-scale producers.
