WE SEEK TO IMPROVE THE LOCALIZATION OF FERMI/GBM DETECTED GRBS. UTILIZING GBM S SWIFT IS COMMANDED TO DUMP BAT EVENT DATA USUALLY DISCARDED ON BOARD TO THE GROUND.
