Wait a Minute More: A pragmatic stepped wedge cluster randomised implementation trial

The study intervention comprises two stages, designed to increase DCC60 rates at 20 Australian maternity hospitals. * Data sharing: basic, accurate data collection and sharing of DCC60 rates with staff within and across sites. Funding is provided to support this. * Data sharing plus a locally adapted QI program: basic, accurate data collection and sharing of DCC60 rates with staff within and across sites and a funded, locally adapted QI program. Additional funding is provided to implement the local QI program, compare to the data sharing period alone. Locally adapted QI programs will operate per EPIQ methods and include QI team building, QI education, implementation of local change ideas, check-in monitoring meetings, data sharing and collaborate learning.
