Abstract
Fifteen patients with drug-induced pneumonitis compatible with Tamura's criteria were studied retrospectiveiy. The causative drugs were antibiotics, kanpo drugs, β-stimulants and others. Typical clinical and radiographic features were peripheral blood and sputum eosinophilia and intrapulmonary peripheral acinar infiltrates. We suggest that the drug-induced pneumonitis be considered when patients show these findings.
