Abstract

This paper is about a collaborative teamwork, aiming to produce joint projects between 4th year Industrial Engineering students from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey and 2nd year Business Administration students from the Pennsylvania State University, the U.S.A. Considering the increasing importance of international and intercultural teams in today's business organizations, it is aimed that both American and Turkish students will experience cultural differences which will prepare them for understanding and accepting intercultural team members in their future careers.
