Abstract
A magnetic resonance imaging sequence that is sensitive to translational motion such as that seen with cardiac contraction is presented. The sequence employs DANTE radiofrequency excitation with a continuous magnetic field gradient to generate a grid pattern of lines. There is improved line resolution and reduced eddy‐current formation over Current techniques. © 1990 Academic Press, Inc.
