Abstract
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) has the mission of educating, training, and inspiring men and women to become officers of character. To support this critical mission, USAFA created the Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD). The CCLD serves USAFA by advancing the development of Leaders of Character for our nation. This is accomplished through institutional integration, intentional character and leadership programs, educational and experiential activities, and cadet, faculty, and staff development.
