Abstract

Due to the importance of ethics in the professional practice, a great effort has been undertaken by the academia to prepare students with the necessary ethical skills. However, the big challenge has been to assess the development of those skills. The aim of this work is to create an assessment tool that enables: (1) evaluation of development of ethical skills in students at different stages, called acclimation, competency and proficiency; and (2) interpretation of the learning gains in relation to interest, knowledge and strategic processing.
