Abstract

A spectral lamp measurement system (SLMS) was studied. This system has the flexibility to test a wide range of incandescent and discharge lamps. SLMS is a collection of equipment used to characterize the radiant energy distribution of electric light sources at specified operating conditions. The measurement system incorporates relatively complicated components, electrical circuits, control methods, and testing procedures.
