Abstract

A study was conducted to address the isolation of a payload subjected to a non-measurable broadband disturbance and rigidly mounted to either a rigid or flexible base. An actuator suitable for the application was modeled, designed and realized. A force feedback control system using the actuator was designed and implemented.
