Abstract
A new phenolic derivative of aflatoxin B1, appearing mainly in conjugated form, was identified as the principal urinary metabolite of aflatoxin B1 in rhesus monkeys. Its identification in human urine might facilitate estimation of aflatoxin exposure in human populations.
