Abstract
Noise pollution created by airplanes which is a disturbance in Pennsylvania national parks is analyzed. In order to overcome the problem of noise pollution, it is suggested that curfew on plane activity should be imposed during nighttime. A minimum altitude should be established for aircrafts in order to reduce noise penetration. Also, the use of noise-reduction technology should be encouraged through incentives or penalties.
