Abstract

We demonstrate a new type of infrared plasmonic antenna for long-wavelength nanoscale enhanced sensing. The plasmonic materials utilized are epitaxially-grown semiconductor engineered metals, which results in high-quality, low-loss infrared plasmonic metals with tunable optical properties.
