Abstract
A discussion covers the recent trends for hydrogen energy development; methods of hydrogen production; fuel processing for hydrogen and fuel cell applications; major problems and challenges in energy utilization in 21st century; the advantages of hydrogen energy development, and the principles of hydrogen production processes. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the ACS Fuel Chemistry Meeting (San Diego, CA Spring 2005).
