Abstract
This paper took the Hodgkin-Huxley model in muscles as object and studied its dynamical performance as well as Hopf bifurcation phenomenon with the variation of leakage conductance gl. The algebra criterion in high-dimension equations was employed to perform the analysis of single parameter dynamical bifurcation. The results were biologically significant and suggested that the aberration of dynamics in bio-systems should account for some physiological diseases.
