Abstract
The anomalies of photovoltaic current in Ce:Fe doped LiNbO3 crystal at 55 and 75°C temperatures have been investigated. Experiments show that there is about a twofold increase in the photovoltaic current at these temperatures, which is consistent with the anomalies observed in a two-wave mixing experiment reported previously.
