Application of a constrained linear inversion algorithm for removing turbulent broadening in Doppler power spectra

Abstract

A method was developed to deconvolve turbulence broadening in radar Doppler spectra. The developed method is based on linear algebra techniques which allow incorporation of a priori knowledge about the expected solution. The performance of the method was confirmed using both simulated and observed data.
