Application of the common features of transfer RNAs to the determination of their nucleotide sequences

Abstract

The sequences of the fragments produced by T1 ribonuclease digestion of tRNA3glu of Yeast have been reported. We have determined, with a small amount of remaining ambiguity, an assembly of these fragments that fits the observed regularities in tRNA sequences.
