Beltrami-Maxwell postulates for time-varying electromagnetism in materials

Abstract

The Beltrami-Maxwell postulates are discussed as an autonomous system. Their conjugate invariance and applicability to linear materials are explored. Finally, they are retrofitted into the Maxwell postulates for time-varying electromagnetic fields.
