N2 - In this paper, an approach for the causal transient simulation of the sampled frequency-domain data in a modified nodal analysis (MNA) framework has been proposed. The causality of the transient results has been explicitly enforced from the port-to-port propagation delay, which has been extracted from the frequency data. Results demonstrating the accuracy of the proposed approach have been presented.
