Abstract

GEOSS (Global Earth Observation System of Systems)1 Clearinghouse (CLH) is a comprehensive data management system, and is the core component of GEOSS that provides harvesting and searching capabilities for the geospatial components and services registered in the GEOSS. This chapter introduces how to cloud-enable CLH with the deployment and congurations needed for running the CLH in Amazon EC2 cloud service.
