Abstract

By introducing Ar and He as collision partners, the dynamics of a single rotational level, J=55 in v=0 in the E electronic state was considered, and collision partner pressures that are lower than any of the previous investigations were incorporated. Observations confirm that a variety of electronic energy transfer processes occur with rare-gas collision partners.
