Abstract

Traditional risk factors for heart failure are considered and educational ctivities to prevent worsening of chronic heart failure are discussed together with the implementation of international guidelines. Furthermore, particular attention has been given to life style mofidications and treatment of comorbidities, wich are so important in the prevention of worsening and recurrences of chronic heart failure. Intrenational experiences and data have been reported, including recent similar data collected in China.
