Abstract

Recent advances in electrophysiological and biochemical measurements promise to shed light on the dynamic interaction between nutrition, metabolism and behavior. In the present paper, an effort is made to illustrate the use of quantitative electrophysiology for the measurement of nutrition-brain interactions. Special emphasis was placed on the use of these techniques in the field of learning disabilities and child development in order to emphasize potential clinical applications.
