Abstract

The synthesis and evaluation of a series of conformationally restricted analogues of 10-formyl-tetrahydrofolate as potential inhibitors of glycinamide ribonucleotide transformylase (GAR Tfase) or aminoimidazole carboxamide transformylase (AICAR Tfase) are reported. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
