Clinical evidence to date As randomized trials are ongoing, there is currently no prospective phase III evidence comparing hypofractionated with conventionally fractionated postoperative prostate radiotherapy. Thus, current efficacy is largely based on retrospective analyses (Table 2). Lee et al.
