Abstract

The authors regret a typographical error in applying the implicit function theorem on page 49 in (13); the correct equation should read: [Formula presented] This error is repeated in the following equation, however the expression for marginal cost is presented correctly in the paper. This error does not affect any other results in the paper. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
