N2 - The authors correct an error in the computation of response bias scores from the reinforcement learning task, which was a modified version of the probabilistic reward task. In Table 2, the corrected response bias scores for the Family Promoting Positive Emotions (FPPE) condition are: M = 0.31, SD = 0.23 pre-intervention and M = 0.28, SD = 0.24 post-intervention. The corrected response bias scores for the written information (WI) condition are: M = 0.31, SD = 0.27 pre-intervention and M = 0.26, SD = 0.24 post-intervention. The associated Cohen's ds for within-subjects effects in Table 2 are: d = −0.11 for FPPE and d = −0.14 for WI. Fig. 2 requires correction to reflect these updated means and Cohen's ds (see the corrected version of Fig. 2 below). The concluding sentence of section 3.3 Daily positive affect and reinforcement learning in the Results on p. 6 should read: “For reinforcement learning, the group × time interaction was not significant, F (1,42) = 0.02, p=.88, ηp2 = 0.001, and reinforcement learning did not significantly change across time for children in either group (ps > .53).” The primary findings from the study remain consistent with the originally published version in that no significant intervention effects on response bias scores were observed in this sample with the modified version of the task administered virtually. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Corrected Fig. 2. Bar graph depicting child response bias on the reinforcement learning task pre- and post-intervention for youth completing FPPE vs. WI. Note: Cohen's d represents the within-subjects effect.[Formula
