Errors in a paper [1] are corrected as follows: •Eqs. (14a)–(14d) require removal of the factor k0−2 from their right sides. The correct equations are: (14a)s0sca(rˆ)=|Fθsca(rˆ)|2+|Fϕsca(rˆ)|2,(14b)s1sca(rˆ)=|Fθsca(rˆ)|2−|Fϕsca(rˆ)|2,(14c)s2sca(rˆ)=−2ReFϕsca(rˆ)Fθsca∗(rˆ),(14d)s3sca(rˆ)=−2ImFϕsca(rˆ)Fθsca∗(rˆ). The error did not affect subsequent equations as well as numerical results.•Eqs. (25a) and (25b) require the replacement of ap by −ap.
