Abstract
In this paper, a novel method was established for preparing 100% deacetylated chitosan products. The facile and effective deacetylation was obtained by only one-step alkali treatment after the low deacetylated chitosan sample was dissolved in acid solution and regenerated with the form of film from the solution by solvent evaporation.
