Abstract
Dynamic renal imaging has become an essential part in the management of patients with renal transplantation and identification of their complications. Recognition of patterns of extravasation are quite variable and at times difficult to detect. This case report illustrates a rather straightforward and interesting presentation of ureterovesical junction extravasation.
