Abstract

The dielectric properties of the cubic pyrochlore, monoclinic zirconolite and their composites are studied in the temperature range of 10-400 K. Composites with a near zero temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC), which consists of monoclinic zirconolite and cubic pyrochlore phases are obtained. The compounds are promising materials for microwave devices as shown by the microwave dielectric properties as well as their low sintering temperatures.
