Abstract

The dielectric behavior of the high-energy electron irradiated copolymers was investigated in the dose range from 0 to 175 Mrad. The Vogel-Fulcher (VF) relationship was also studied, which describe the measured relationship between the frequency and the peak temperature of dielectric constant. It was observed that dielectric behavior of copolymer changes from typical ferroelectrics to relaxor ferroelectrics and then linear relaxor with increasing dose of high-energy electron irradiation.
