Abstract

The ability to generate a differential diagnosis based on the patient’s history and exam findings is an essential skill for clinicians. This ability is acquired over time through direct patient care and a variety of educational pursuits. Of course, online searches are able to generate a tremendous amount of information at the click of the mouse or a tap of the finger.
