Abstract

Dimensional analysis is seldom made use of in the solution of industrial engineering problems. In order to correct this, attention is focused on a literature article in the field of warehouse layout. The methods of dimensional analysis are applied to the problem addressed in the foregoing article. After performing dimensional analysis, known results are obtained readily, and an extension of these results is facilitated.
