Abstract

The genomes of 21 Pedobacter strains isolated from the European salamander Salamandra salamandra and differentMadagascan frog species were sequenced using Illumina sequencing. Here, we report their draft genome sequences (∼4.7-7.2 Mbp in size) to allow comparative genomics and taxonomic assignment of these strains.
