Abstract

An investigation of the dynamics of the entanglement for coherent excitonic states in the systems of two, coupled, large semiconductor quantum dots mediated by single-mode cavity field was presented. Generation of maximally entangled coherent excitonic states was done by cavity field initially prepared in odd coherent states. The results showed that the entanglement of the excitonic coherent states between two dots reached maximum when no proton was present in the cavity.
