Abstract
A material combining both mirror-conjugated and racemic chirality properties is characterized and classified within the context of linear bianisotropic mediums. Planewave propagation in the chosen material is studied with particular emphasis on the interaction of different and no handedness along certain specified directions. Comparison is made with isotropic chiral mediums as well as uniaxial bianisotropic mediums.
