Abstract
The paper 'A burst in a wind bubble and the impact on baryonic ejecta: high-energy gamma-ray flashes and afterglows from fast radio bursts and pulsar-driven supernova remnants' was published in MNRAS, 461, 1498 (2016). We noticed that descriptions on free-free absorption optical depths are not correct. In the text, it was said that the singly ionized state with Text = 105 K is used. But, for the calculation of free-free absorption optical depths in Figs 3 and A1 of the original paper, the fully ionized state with Text = 102.5 K was assumed. The formula used in the numerical code remains valid and the conclusions of Murase, Kashiyama &Meszáros (2016) do not change even with more realistic values. However, we here present additional plots, in which free-free optical depths are calculated with more realistic parameters. (Figure Presented).
